ARTHUR BARKIN   MARK KLINGBAUM

Arthur obtained his CA designation in 1973. Prior to forming Klingbaum Barkin, Arthur was a partner with an international CA firm.

Arthur has concentrated his practice throughout his professional career on the owner-manager mid-sized client. He has been an advisor to and accountant for clients in many diverse areas including manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, professional firms, estates and investment companies.

Over the past 30 years Arthur has developed strong alliances with other professional service advisors, which allows us to better serve our mid-market clientele.

Mark obtained his CA designation in 1988. Since then, he has practiced taxation and has provided business advisory services to owner-operated companies. A major portion of Mark's practice is dedicated to tax planning, including corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and tax incentives for research and development. Through his involvement with numerous institutions and industry associations, Mark continues to write and lecture on a variety of tax and R&D topics.
